This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on www.libantoys.com, operated by LIBAN (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 3 days of order confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and refund the full amount.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Please do not accept a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details. If an order is returned to us because of failed delivery attempts or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These policies are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh only.
