This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on www.libantoys.com, operated by LIBAN (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Returns Accepted Only for Defective Products
We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (different from what you ordered). We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/colour selection by the customer, or products that are not defective.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone with your order number.
- Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the defect or damage. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required to approve the claim.
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return address.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused (other than to check the defect) and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals and invoice.
- Defects caused by misuse, mishandling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or not following the instructions are not covered.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products bought during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable are not eligible.
Replacement & Refund
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will offer a replacement of the same product. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you provide.
- Return shipping costs for approved defective products are borne by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These policies are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh only.
